Freaky Xmas weather

This mini-typhoon formed over Panama City on Christmas day. It touches down far out at sea but somehow bends right over the bay and digs into the clouds over the bayside avenue. Panamaneans qho are used to walking the bayside promenade on Xmas day got a little freaked out. Then they got poured on.
